FSIC Prices Public Offering of $275 Million 4.750% Notes Due 2022
PHILADELPHIA, PA, April 27, 2015 FS Investment Corporation (NYSE: FSIC) announced that it has priced an underwritten public offering of $275 million in aggregate principal amount of its 4.750% unsecured notes due 2022. The notes will mature on May 15, 2022 and may be redeemed in whole or in part at FSICs option at any time at par plus a make-whole premium, if applicable. The offering is expected to close on April 30, 2015, subject to customary closing conditions.
J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Wells Fargo Securities, LLC are acting as joint book-running managers for this offering.
FSIC expects to use the net proceeds of this offering to repay outstanding indebtedness.
